I stand and watch
This hub of activity
As cars funnel towards
The giant metal coathanger
That is the Harbour bridge
In the background
Is the timeless beauty
Of the Harbour itself
Along with the foreshore
This juxtaposition begs the question:
Where is my focus?
On God’s creation
Or human creation?
More importantly,
Which focus will bring peace?
