Waves surge to shore

Grabbing my attention

assuring me

of sunset

framed by clouds

whose shapes and textures

combine

in peaceful, stunning beauty.

Cuddling my wife in bed

the physical warmth and comfort

make me feel

whole and at peace.

With grace and courage
